About The Event
Speed and Agility Footwork Camp is great for any sport for any athlete wishing to work on their footwork, form, speed and agility. This camp is designed to assist athletes in any sport with their footwork. By the end of the camp athletes will learn to run on their toes, take off faster from their starting point, run in the correct form, and will be all around faster and more agile on their feet.
T-Shirts will be provided.
