The YDC Esports Program offers youth ages 12–17 a dynamic and supportive space to develop teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills through competitive Super Smash Bros. Ultimate play. The program is designed with a three-tier structure that provides flexible entry points for all skill levels. Youth can participate in open community play, take part in in-house ladders, join structured weekly coaching sessions, and work with tools such as stat tracking and VOD review nights. A competitive development pathway is also available for players who want to advance their skills and work toward future tournament or team opportunities.

With a 20-player cap, dedicated coaching, and a curriculum that blends fun with intentional development, Esports becomes a powerful tool for youth leadership and confidence building.
