Baker's Anchor Mentorship is a great place to start healthy relationship building skills. For over 40 years, BAM (formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters) has recruited, screened, matched and supported mentoring relationships that have changed the lives of hundreds of young people across the Northern Shenandoah Valley. ANCHORS provide stability, build trust and friendships for their matches.
