For a copy of our rental agreement, please click here. All renters must carry an insurance policy naming the YDC as additional insured in case of property damage or injury. If you are a homeowner, your policy will cover it. If you are not a homeowner, please reach out to K and K Insurance as a possible alternative. If you are renting our space and need to apply for your own ABC license, please go to VA ABC and select Banquet License.
