Baker’s Anchor Mentoring is built on the belief that young people succeed when caring adults choose to show up, listen, encourage, and stay consistent over time.

This fall, the Youth Development Center is bringing Baker’s Anchor Mentoring back with a new cohort of mentors and mentees. The program carries forward the legacy of Tom and Sheila Baker, whose belief in young people helped shape this work, and we are grateful to Dave and Kathy Holliday for helping make this new chapter possible.
